We hope that you and your loved ones are keeping well during these difficult times. We take safety very seriously, your’s and our drivers health represents our top priority. We are continuously following the Government Guidelines for safe travel during the coronavirus outbreak, in order for you to regain your confidence while using our services.
From Monday 15th June, Transport for London (TfL) has requested that all passengers in Private Hire Vehicles should wear face coverings. A face covering is a covering of any type which covers your nose and mouth.
Some people don’t have to wear a face covering including for health, age, or equality reasons: children under three, passengers with respiratory disease, and people with disabilities.
- Our drivers can refuse the journey if you don’t wear a face covering.
- We advise you to enter the vehicle via the near-side rear passenger door (diagonally opposite the driver) and to sit in the nearside rear passenger seat for the duration of the journey.
- Drivers will keep the vehicle well ventilated for everyone’s safety by opening car windows or by using the car’s vents to circulate air from outside.
- No sitting up front: customers are not allowed to travel in the front passenger seat. This means a saloon/estate/executive type of car can only accommodate 3 passengers and an MPV up to 4.
