The period of hire is calculated from the selected pick-up time until the moment the group is dropped off at their final destination. The prices are provided for having the vehicle at disposal for the duration of the hire. If the group requires more time, extra charges might apply. - Payment:
Full payment is required no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date. - Cancellation Policy:
For a complete refund, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the start time of the experience.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of the tour’s commencement are not eligible for a refund.
Any amendments to the booking made within the 24-hour window leading up to the experience will not be accepted.
