• Hampstead Heath (Hampstead Lane, NW3 7JR) is the central point of North West London and one of London’s green lungs. It is a huge park where you can stroll as long as you want, sit on the grass or on a bench and enjoy the wonderful panoramic view over the Capital. It also features numerous bathing ponds and trees. It is home to the Kenwood House, a splendid home where you can find works by Gainsborough, Vermeer and Rembrandt. Hampstead Heath also has a garden shop and a café. The park is free to visit and it is opened from dawn till dusk.

• From Hampstead Heath, head on to Keats House (Keats Grove, NW3 2RR), a picturesque and beautiful home converted into a museum dedicated to John Keats, the poet. This is the place where he wrote numerous of his famous works, including Ode to Nightingale. Inside, you can see the letters written to his girlfriend, paintings, books and the engagement ring given to his lover. The opening days vary, so you should check them out in advance.

Take a transfer from Hampstead Heath to Keats House and pay £11 for a saloon car, meaning £2.75 per passenger. The transfer lasts 10 minutes.

• No date is complete without a romantic dinner, so you might want to visit the beautiful Odette’s, a restaurant located at 130 Regent’s Park Road, NW1 8XL. It features a lovely and stylish dining room, a terraced seating area and a walled garden. It is indeed a romantic restaurant with numerous tables for two and tasty and unique dishes prepared by a talented chef. Odette’s is opened daily, from 12pm and in the evening the closing hours are between 10pm and 3pm, depending on the day.

A minicab transfer from Keats House to Odette’s will cost £11 (£2.75 per individual with the car full). The transfer lasts 15 minutes.

• You can have a drink at Odette’s, but you can also change the place and go to The Pineapple (51 Leverton Street, NW5 2NX). It is a cute and cosy little pub with velvet curtains where you can have a great time with your significant other. This Victorian building welcomes you with a wide array of ales and delicious Thai food. The interior is a mixture of contemporary touches and pub furniture. From Monday till Saturday, the bar is opened between 12pm and 11pm and on Sundays it is opened from 12pm till 10:30pm.
